Full Itinerary

Discover Moscow from an unusual angle traveling in a famous soviet “Bukhanka” van. You will stop near the city’s main landmarks.

Your fascinating trip will start in front of St. Basil’s Cathedral on Red Square where you will meet your guide. After taking a picture in front of this colorful church, take a walk through the modern Zaryadye Park situated right beside it. Enjoy a panoramic view of the Kremlin from Zaradye’s boomerang-bridge, a new landmark of the city.

From there, it is time to board a famous soviet “Bukhanka” van provided by our partners, Put-in Tours! Your first destination is the Russian Academy of Science, also known as the “Golden Brain”. You will have a chance to overlook the city from the observation platform in front of the building.

From there, you will go to another must-see spot – Moscow State University’s main building, one of the famous “Seven Sisters”. During the van-ride, we will offer you snacks and drinks “à la russe”.

After a short stop in front of the imposing university tower, we will head to the New Maiden Convent. The ancient walls of this monastery still keep the secrets of the Russian royals.

To show you that Moscow is not only the historical but also the business center of Russia, we will bring you to the observation platform located in front of the Moscow City Business District. And finally, you will go to the Cathedral of Christ the Saviour which you will be able to admire from the outside. While there, you will also discover what was in its place during the Soviet period.

After this 3-hour ride, you will return to Red Square to meet your Urban Adventures local guide. Next, you will start exploring the hidden part of the city – the Moscow Metro, which seems more like a museum rather than a simple means of transport.
